Feldmark Pottery sits on an alpine meadow above Jindabyne, high in the Snowy-Monaro, on country of granite tors, tall tussock and merino paddocks, with Old Jindabyne still drowned beneath the lake. It is a place no stranger to hail, foxes and three-day snow, nor to clay older than memory - and to a family who left the city to work the elemental and become, for a time, part of an ongoing story.
