AUSTRALIA RETURNS
Need to return your order for a refund or exchange?
We accept items for exchange or refund within 60 days of purchase (28 days for sale items).
Please follow our simple process below to generate your return. For purchases placed on drizabone.com.au all products will need to be returned via post. We do not currently have any physical stores.
Note : If you discover a fault with your item, please call us at 1800 574 100 to arrange your return directly.

For Australia-wide orders placed online via drizabone.com.au:
Step 1: Fill out your returns form that you received within your order or download a new form:
Step 2: Use our Australian Post portal to lodge and print your free return and receive your postage label.

Step 3: Package your return with the filled in returns form.
Step 4: Attach the printed return label onto the front of the package and take to the post office or place in a red post box.

We offer returns only for orders purchased outside of Australia. We do not accept exchanges on international orders.
Please note shipping and any taxes and duties paid are not refundable (unless faulty). You may be able to apply for a refund of duties and taxes directly with your local customs authority.
- Free shipping over $400 & free returns is available for Australia only.
- We recommend sending your return via registered post with tracking, as we cannot be held liable for goods lost in transit.
Returns FAQs
What is your returns policy?
All refund rights under both State and Commonwealth law apply. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure but not related to misuse.
If the failure is minor, we reserve our right to offer to repair only and reserve the right to not offer a refund.
Driza-Bone 'Change of Mind Policy'
Not excluding your rights under consumer law, DRIZA-BONE “change of mind policy” is as follows:
DRIZA-BONE is not legally obliged to give refunds of the purchase price or to exchange items if you have changed your mind about the purchase.
Under the DRIZA-BONE 'Change of Mind Policy', if you change your mind we do offer a refund or gift card to the value of the purchase price for most items, provided that:
(a) you return the item within 60 days from the date of purchase (28 days for sale items)
(b) the item is unworn and in its original condition
(c) all original labels and tickets are attached to the item
(d) you provide an original DRIZA-BONE tax invoice as proof of purchase

All orders placed on drizabone.com.au must return their goods via post using the portal or by contacting our customer service team on 1800 574 100.
Returns are only accepted within Australia
How do I return a faulty item?
Please contact us at 1800 574 100 prior to returning your faulty or damaged item.
Can I return a sale item?
Sale items can be returned within 28 days of order date for a refund.
