ORDER PROCESSING TIMES:

Ordering process and cannot be cancelled or amended even if it has not been shipped. Once you receive your order, you may return any products by following our returns guide.

Please allow 1-7 business days for your order to be processed by the warehouse. Once processed, your order will be sent via the shipping option selected at checkout.

Please be assured our Customer Service Team are available for over the phone and email support from 9am - 5pm AEST Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Please note: some responses from our team may also be delayed, but be assured your query is important to us and one of the team will be in contact as soon as possible.

ORDERS & SHIPPING - ASIA

We are excited to announce that we are now shipping to Singapore and Thailand.

Flat rate shipping: $40 AUD per order.

All orders are shipped from our Melbourne (Australia) warehouse via Australia Post International Express. Please note, free returns and exchanges are available for Australia only.

Orders are sent Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU). We recommend checking with your local customs authority for an estimation of the additional duties and taxes, as well as threshold limits, before completing your purchase.

Should you need to return your order for any reason, you may be able to apply for a refund of duties and taxes directly with your local customs authority.

Duties charged to recipients of international mail items are determined by the destination country. Because we have no control over these charges we are unable to advise what duties may apply.

Please note, some styles may not be available for international delivery.

Where is my order?

Your tracking number is located in the shipping confirmation email you receive when your package leaves our warehouse.

Domestic orders under $200 will incur a $10 delivery charge for express shipping. Free express shipping for orders over $200 within Australia.

How do I return or exchange?

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping address on the order, and the available shipping options. At checkout, you will see an estimated delivery timeframe for each available shipping option before you submit your order.

Can I deliver to a PO Box?

Yes, we deliver to PO Box addresses. Just enter your PO Box number into address line 1 when filling out your order details.

Do you ship internationally?

At this stage we are only delivering within Australia and do not ship internationally (including to New Zealand).

I have a missing/lost order, what do I do?

Delivery times vary depending on a range of factors. At checkout, you will see an estimated delivery timeframe for each available shipping option before you submit your order. If you haven't received your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact our Customer Service team at customerservice@drizabone.com.au and quote your order and tracking number.

What if an item on my order is out of stock?

During sales and promotions, and with the popularity of some styles we may not be able to fulfill your entire order as one or more items have gone out of stock. If this happens, a member of our customer service team will contact you regarding a refund. We apologise for any inconvenience.
